WE CAN DO BETTER

• Consistent opponent of casino gambling since 1994

• 7% of casino gross for our town of Lincoln.

• Charter change: abolish financial town meeting; Lincoln council acts on budget with veto option for Lincoln voters

• Charter change: all town property shall have public bids (no more Sheppard deals)

• Charter change: give Lincoln voters INITIATIVE and RECALL powers

• Charter change: abolish predatory property tax and replace with ability to pay system. I will present a plan to voters so you can DECIDE!

• Charter change: all town contracts including schools approved by town council with veto option for Lincoln voters

• Foreclose on former H&H property and use for new police station and public works department to the rear

• Senior center - YES!

• On conservation/open space land - NO!

• All town contracts and litigation (by court case number) posted on town website for taxpayer review; since we pay the BILL, we have the right to know

• One townwide fire department, not six costly redundancies. I will present the facts to voters so you can DECIDE!

• Monthly listening sessions to build civic relationships with voters
